Issue 9 / Dec 2010
Welcome to the Tiare Films newsletter.
In this issue we have a new article for tropical brides, capturing your wedding sound-scape, and recent highlight films.
Top tips for tropical brides
Filming (and editing) wedding films, we learn a lot about what makes an event successful - the little details that help the day run smoothly.
After our season in Rarotonga this year, we jotted down some notes for New Zealand brides who are planning a tropical wedding. We also approached the island’s leading wedding professionals and asked them for their suggestions.

For us the sound-scape is as important to capturing the mood and emotion of your day as great visuals. In this, and upcoming newsletters, we'll be bringing you some of our favourite live recordings.
The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face was performed by Jhan Lindsay and James Coyle for Jacqui’s processional.

Recent wedding film highlights
A highlight is a 'condensed' version of a full-length film - and the perfect way to share your wedding with family and friends.
We've recently added highlights from weddings filmed at Pencarrow Lodge and Erskine College in Wellington, and at the luxurious Pacific Resort in Rarotonga.
We’d like to thank Grace & Jack, Sarah & Dean, and Kuinileti & Michael for sharing their weddings.
North City Wedding and Bridal Expo
